First-time homebuyer Katie had a limited budget but still wanted a yard to enjoy and upgrade potential in her future home. Zach helped her close on her cozy Cole half-duplex, “Things were a little rough around the edges but after a few big-ticket upgrades and some elbow grease, I am so proud of my home.”
Katie started before moving in by refinishing the original wood floors throughout. Next, she got to work in the kitchen, repainting the cabinets, replacing the backsplash, installing open shelving, and replacing all the hardware. She called in the professionals to have new countertops installed and new appliances delivered. The finished product is full of personality and modern flair.
The hallway also got a personality upgrade!
When it came to her backyard oasis, she resodded extending the grass line, removed the rock border, replacing it with mulch and other new landscaping, refinished the deck, and repainted the door to the garage. Doing all of the landscaping herself saved her a ton of money and let her put her naturally green thumb to good use.
“As a first-time homebuyer, Zach was incredibly reliable and patient. He walked me through every step of the process and helped me submit a competitive offer that, in the end, I believe made the difference in my offer being accepted.” Have you made some awesome improvement in your home? Big or small we want to seem them!
