The Launch of The Source Hotel

On August 18th, The Source Hotel opened as a complement to The Source. The project is the result of a partnership between Zeppelin Development, Union Hotel Company River North, and River North Investment Partners. Designed by the award-winning Dynia Architects, the impressive structure is sure to be an instant landmark in the neighborhood. The hotel added a second market hall to the original Source development, bringing the full Source development to a total of 45,000 square feet. The two market halls feature a collection of 25 artisans including a bakery, taqueria, barber, kitchen goods store, apparel shop, florist, and brewery. Among these includes chef Bill Espiricueta’s BBQ restaurant, Smok and Israeli-inspired Safta helmed by James Beard award winning chef, Alon Shaya. One special feature that earned The Source Hotel a shout out from The New York Times is New Belgium’s first Denver brewery attached to the lobby, which is currently under construction.
One of the main attractions of The Source Hotel is The Woods restaurant. Offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and crafty cocktails, The Woods is a full service restaurant, bar and beer garden. The kitchen features dishes collaboratively paired with New Belgium Brewing craft beers. This special spot has panoramic views of downtown Denver and the mountains from it’s perch on the 8th floor. Happy hour is 4pm-6pm daily.
The hotel itself includes 100 guest rooms and 2,300 square feet of event space. The hotel is taking reservations now and the market hall is open for business.
