Inside Real Estate News reports the historic Lumber Baron Inn in Denver’s Highland neighborhood is on the market for $2.2 million.
The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion, at 2555 W. 37th Ave., has been used as a bed and breakfast and for murder mystery parties. Walter Keller bought the 127-year-od, 12,260-square-foot home out of foreclosure in 1991 and spent more than three years on renovations.
Keller, who co-authored the book “Lumber Baron Inn: Denver’s Mystery Mansion” with historian Phil Goodstein last year, has listed the property with Paul Tamburello’s new company, Generator Real Estate and Development.
