Tucked away at 3245 Osage St., in the former Mancinelli’s Market next to Root Down, The Family Jones Spirit House mixes old and new in a 2,000-sq. ft. repurposed space. Designed by Tres Birds Workshop to be both elegant and utilitarian, The Family Jones Spirit House features floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete walls lined with fresh juniper (the primary ingredient in gin), wood ceilings, deep blue booths, and a copper still centerpiece perched on the balcony, overlooking the room below.
