Before joining Generator Real Estate, she collaborated with private developers and multidisciplinary planning teams on projects throughout Colorado, including Denver, Boulder, Littleton, Brighton, and Adams County, and with developers across the country through Two Forks Collective, helping create places that strengthen communities and foster long-term value. With experience representing both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions, Terry brings a balanced perspective to negotiations and a strategic approach to helping businesses, homeowners, and investors achieve their goals. She is particularly passionate about helping clients recognize opportunities others may overlook, whether that's finding the right commercial location, navigating today's residential market, or identifying properties with long-term investment potential. Terry believes great real estate is built on trust, authentic relationships, and a deep understanding of people and place. Outside of work, you'll find her hiking, skiing, road cycling, or planning her next adventure. She loves exploring wild places, discovering great local food, and sharing those experiences with friends.
