As Paul Tamburello’s executive assistant, Lydia manages all day-to-day administrative duties and is responsible for maintaining a smooth-running office. She has a love of logistics and a keen eye for details which makes her an organizational powerhouse. She is quick to tackle new projects and enjoys expanding her knowledge of the real estate development world. Prior to Generator, Lydia worked in the hospitality industry as an event manager. She has been able to use her experience coordinating events to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Lydia graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Health and Human Sciences. If you don’t see Lydia at her desk, she is most likely playing with our two office dogs, Scoop and Daisy.
